• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

• Orders are shipped Monday through Friday during the cooler months, and Monday through Thursday during the hotter months so as to ensure that our packages don’t sit for extended periods of time in hot facilities or trucks over the weekend.

• Our shipment carriers of choice are USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Postal Service). Both carriers offer a variety of domestic shipping speeds, and those choices will be displayed at checkout.

• Shipping costs for your order will be calculated at checkout in real time based upon your location and the weight of your package.

• We ship to APO/FPO military addresses within the continental United States only.

• We do not ship to P. O. boxes.

• We do not currently ship worldwide.

You will receive a shipment confirmation via email and/or text once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.

Poppy Mountain is not liable for any products that are lost or damaged during shipping. However, if you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, then contact us at Poppy Mountain.

​• If your order was lost, please contact us at Poppy Mountain so that we can confirm the delivery information. If all of the shipment details are correct on our end, we will then direct you to contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
